How it works

Thoughtful guidance every step of your journey

Assessments and psychotherapy both start with an intake call. An assessment includes a written report. Psychotherapy is ongoing support with practical strategies.

  1. Step 1

    Book an intake call

Start with an intake call for an assessment or psychotherapy. If you're booking an assessment, a deposit secures your appointment.

  2. Step 2

Share what we need to know

Assessments include preliminary questionnaires and materials such as prior evaluations or report cards. Psychotherapy starts from the concerns you want to work on.

  3. Step 3

    Meet your clinician

For an assessment, you'll meet with a licensed psychologist for interviews and standardized testing, all by secure video. For psychotherapy, you'll start regular 50-minute sessions with a registered psychotherapist.

  4. Step 4

    Next steps and ongoing support

An assessment closes with recommendations and a written report. Final payment is required before that session. Psychotherapy continues with regular sessions and practical strategies you can use every day.
